Credit Card Information & Payment
Credit card information will not be collected and all transactions are passed on to a highly secure and reliable system namely Paypal. You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information.

Pricing and GST
All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian dollars and does not include GST. GST status is subject to change and users of the YORDIS Website will not be informed by YORDIS if a change occurs. All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown.

Customer Communications
YORDIS will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product using email. Account holders must provide a valid email address to YORDIS for this purpose From time to time, YORDIS will also send you marketing material. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by editing your newsletter settings under My Account or using the unsubscribe function in the electronic marketing communication. 


Order Cancellations
You may cancel you order or parts of your order before the order is dispatched by YORDIS. YORDIS will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order. YORDIS also reserves the right to cancel your order if:
●      You provide an unauthorised credit card
●      We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
●      You provide invalid personal details
●      The product has become unavailable
YORDIS will notify you before cancelling your order.

Suspension, Termination and Effect of Termination
If you breach these terms and conditions, YORDIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website. If you are awaiting delivery of products, YORDIS reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.

Delivery
YORDIS delivers World-wide to most countries usually within 6 to 10 working days. Our Standard Delivery is free for orders over $75. Customers will need to contact us if require a different shipping arrangment.

The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.

If you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your product, your product will be dropped off at the nearest Post office for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your post box notifying you. If you are not contactable your product will be returned to YORDIS and our Customer Service Centre will attempt to contact you to arrange for alternate delivery. Returns Policy
You may return items purchased at YORDIS for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will need to organise shipping and address it to: YORDIS Culture PO Box 2401 FOOTSCRAY VIC 3011, Australia
Products other than items may have individual return policies as stated in the product description.

Refunds
Upon receipt of the product, you may choose to return the product to YORDIS for a full refund if the product is faulty when you receive it. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our returns policy. YORDIS will not consider requests for refunds after 30 days of purchase unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer Service operator. For a refund on items purchased  after 30 days, please call our Customer Service Centre.

Loss of Goods
The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our delivery of the product to the delivery company/companies we select.

The Website may contain links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such other website.

Vouchers and Promotions
YORDIS uses vouchers for promotional purposes from time to time. Vouchers are in AUD, attached to minimum order amounts pre discounts in AUD incl. GST and validity dates as specified on the promotional material or on the promotional landingpage or otherwise the vouchers are valid for 30 days. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible. The vouchers are a one time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product quantity or brand. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout on YORDIS.com and by clicking "Apply Coupon". By submitting your email address on the promotional pages on YORDIS.com you agree to receive our YORDIS newsletter with updates on new arrivals. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

Disputes
This contract will be governed by the laws of Victoria Australia. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Website, or the products purchased on it, will be subject to the exclusive courts of that jurisdiction.
